With fellow queer activists, the House of Extinction will collectively explore our views on the (history of + contemporary) drag scene and ways to - sustainably - do drag. To fuel this potential and spread like an ethically produced olive oil stain, they will host a safer learning space for queer people and allies coming together, liberating themselves in this art form and smash the capitalist cistem, one stiletto heel and make up brush at a time.
The House of Extinction, allegedly the first explicitly climate activist drag house in the Netherlands, unites a sustainable, conscious practice and fabulous, otherworldly art in their drag. While our species is still here, they believe we should be vehement in our demand for change and passionate about community building and empowerment. To make this vision happen, they cherish queer joy during their eclectic performances on the street and in the club next to hosting dragtivist workshops. Looking drop-dead-gorgeous to the very end, your HoE's will lipsync for all life on Earth!
